We brought the car in for a check engine light and for the radio/screen that goes black and shuts off intermittently. Ewe went back for it and they said they fixed the exhaust pipe and they did not see anytging wrong with the radio or screen. Driving to work the next day and the check engine light comes back on. So now we have to reschedule another appointment to bring the car back. This issue would not be such a worry, if it was the first time it has happened, but last year we brought it in for a really loud sound that comes through the speaker when you drive for more than 10 minutes and they told us they could not hear it and did not fix it. I had to stand firm and asked them if they even road tested the car. They said no. I refused to take the car and they said they would have someone road test it. The next day they called to say they heard the deafening noise when they road tested it. I have no faith in that service department, because as mechanics, if you are told of an issue, you should at least have an idea of what the issue is. Not even checking for a lose wire or nothing. Just saying it did not happen in the shop is ridiculous.

It took them two weeks to identify the issue with my car the first time I sent it off, then an additional seven days to fix it. always promising to give me a loaner car so I can go about my everyday business, but never delivering on that promise. The day after I got my car back after three weeks of being held captive, there was an engine noise that wasn't there on the first visit. After six days of waiting, I still haven't received any information on the problem. I never get a response when I phone the representative. There has been no response from anyone, and I still don't know what's wrong with my automobile. I still don't have any answers, and my car is in the service shop. In the event that my representative is not in the office, the other reps never respond. This center is useless.

Good, the only thing that even with an appointment the wait was 2 hours for an oil change. But I understand that is a busy shop. I made an appointment online the week before but then I arrive at the hour of the appointment I was told if we do not talk to somebody before the appointment that results in a not exact time appointment. So, it was 4 hours wait so I left and scheduled the following week, my appointment was for 2pm and I arrive 1:30pm but even though was a 2 hour wait. That is the only concern. But the shop does a good job.

The Service Department seemed short staffed; after pulling in for service, it took several minutes before being greeted by a Service Manager, while more than one walked past without acknowledgment. After being greeted my truck sat for another 30 minutes before being driven around into the service area. Three hours later my service was complete.I appreciate getting a timely appointment, and my Service Manager Matt Gonsalves was polite and I trust that the $700 in recommended repairs were necessary to keep my truck running optimally; a more streamlined service experience would be appreciated.

I was welcomed by everyone on the showroom floor with friendly smiles and lots of energy buzzing around the dealership. Renee was my sales advisor - personable, beyond knowledgeable and a great listener. After learning more about each other we ventured out for a test drive of a Chevy Blazer EV. I immediately was impressed by the speed and handle of the car, the infotainment system, the visual displays, the design details around the AC vents, interior of seats, the full moon roof and so many other things. I was equally impressed to learn that Renee has been with Lou Bachrodt for 19 years (if memory serves me!) - and it showed!!! We continued our conversation in the showroom where I met Kenny - someone with equal tenure and similar passion and knowledge to Renee. End result - I left that night with a beautiful 2025 Blazer EV! The rest of the process was seamless and each person on the finance team, sales team, etc were helpful, knowledgeable and patient. From David in the BDC setting the appointment for me and relaying my initial needs to Renee, to Renee sharing her experience in owning/driving a Blazer EV of her own and never making me feel pressured in the process, to Kenny bringing a few other options to the experience, and to Andy in Finance providing detailed information on multiple service and financial options; the overall experience was incredible.

They fixed the exhaust issue on my 2018 Equinox diesel with only 47,000 miles on it upon request and within the GM's warranty. The dealership completed the repair quickly, which, according to the quote they gave me, would have cost over $2,000. The repair was completed within the GM warranty. Great work.

I was told the 12V battery on my Bolt EV needed replacement. This is a battery that was replaced new some months ago and had few miles on it. In addition, we keep the car plugged in when it's parked, and we work from home, so it's plugged in most of the time. This is specifically done to minimize the wear on the 12V battery. That's a known issue and beat practice with EVs. The OEM 12V battery lasted six (6) years and this car has seen heavy AC use in AZ and South Florida in all these six years, which makes it remarkable that it lasted as long. It only went bad when we temporarily stopped plugging in the car while parked due to an issue with our home charger. Naturally, I asked for the battery that was replaced by your service dept to be preserved and returned to me so I could test it, and if defective get a refund from the place I bought it. The service advisor confirmed this would be the case via text message. Not only did they not give me the supposedly defective battery back, they tried to charge me *double* the original estimate when my wife went to pick up the car. The person collecting payment said, quote, "oops, my bad" as soon as my wife put me on the phone when he gave her the total due. This was clearly not a oopsie. This was very much deliberate. The total due in the system didn't magically change to half a second after I got on the phone. This is truly outrageous. Why was my recently new battery not returned to me? Given the "oopsie" above, I'm inclined to think that maybe the battery wasn't an issue at all. Maybe it was just a software glitch that caused the reduced propulsion error message. This is well documented as a potential root cause of this particular error message. But you can't charge double the parts and labor for clearing a software glitch, can you? I'll be taking my cars to a new, trusted dealer from now on.

We just had the oil changed and wiper blades replaced. 3 wiper blades (2 front, one in back) for the cost of $150 which includes a service charge of $4.00. I checked out the blades and they don't seem heavy duty or anything just regular ordinary blades that you can get from an auto store. That's too high of a cost for 3 wiper blades.

My advisor was Lincoln. My appointment was at 10:00, no one even came to talk to me until closer to 10:30. I came in for a rattling noise. I told him EXACTLY what it was and how to fix it because of a bulletin that I saw. It took them almost 4 hours to “diagnose” the problem. No one would come to the phone when I called. It was a very frustrating experience. Overall, the car was there for almost 5 hours. When I picked it up, he said “yes, it was exactly what you said it was.” I wish they had listened in the first place, or at least checked that first. I don’t think I will come back to that dealership again.

My experience was horrible, I talked to, Lincoln Joseph who did an awesome job, but I told him that I had a nail in my tire and that I wanted him to inspect it. I also wanted my tires and rotated. I was told that the tires had been rotated but I later found out that they were not. My oil filter is saying that I still need it to be replaced, and this morning I woke up flat tire and the nails still in the tire. They lied about completing the inspection and rotating my tire and they may not have even changed the oil filter. Disappointed

I had the pleasure of meeting Sales & Leading Consultant, Matt Ohiomoje When I casually walked into the dealership only to look at cars. I stated upfront that I was not there to make a purchase rather just get familiar with EV cars. He promptly showed me the available models and I liked the Chevy blazer. He patiently showed me the features allowed me to take a test drive and upon return asked what I thought. I reiterated that I was there only to look not purchase but wouldn’t mind hearing what offers were available. He then told me of the incentives that were available, the price of the car and worked diligently to understand my needs, Budget, and whether or not I would be best suited for a purchase or lease. I ultimately ended up, leasing the car and he assisted in negotiating a monthly payment that was within my means with the GSM Hugh. However, the best part of the experience was that at no point did I feel pressured or dismissed because I kept saying I didn’t want to buy a car. Instead, he took his time he understood my needs and did everything possible to accommodate me. He also spent a great deal of time telling me about the cars features and answering all my questions which comforted me and motivated me to get the car. He even stayed way past his shift and stayed at the dealership throughout the entire process, including when I was finally done with Ed in finance at midnight. He also helped to remove my belongings from my trade in and removed my sun pass sticker. He was the perfect gentleman, he followed up with me the following day and week and has made the experience a total delight. He shattered the old stereotype that salesmen crooks/snakes especially when dealing w/women. I would highly recommend working with him and look forward to dealing with him & the team throughout my leasing journey. Lastly, I was so pleased with the experience that I shared my feedback w/Hugh. We both concluded and agreed that buying a car is all about relationships and understanding prospective buyers needs and not the sale or quotas. Because if it wasn’t for Matt’s demeanor, genuine care and professionalism, I would’ve been outta there & no sale. Hope this helps as you’re training your team. Best Regards, Cynthia

My car was brought in on a Monday morning by Monday afternoon the car was diagnosed with a safety recall for the fuel pump module Charles told me it would take 4 to 5 days to fix. Charles arrange for a rental car that was covered by GM. It's very refreshing to work with professionals who do what they say and remember to make sure the customer is always happy and satisfied with the service I would have to say Charles filled that to the utmost but visibility and the ability of the car dealership itself. Took the car in a few months ago because cruise control was acting up and wouldn’t stay at an rpm. They told me to “get familiar with the cruise control”. Also had them look at the ac because it wasn’t circulating. got the car back and the ac still isn’t circulating to this day. two weeks ago the fuel pump went. There was a recall from January 2023 for the fuel pump and they sold me the car, let me come in to get the cruise control checked and never once thought maybe the fuel pump was bad, or even looked at it. Then told me the recall came out the day before I got the car back and this was “under warranty.” That is a lie. I had the same equinox just a year older before this car. I know how to use cruise control. Also got my car back with scratches on the bumper and an ant infestation. Why are there ants in my car? Why was I told three different answers about getting a loaner? 1. There are none available, 2. We only give loaners after an inspection 3. Theres a loaner available for you then when I go get it, there’s no car available! The lies I was told in just a week were atrocious. I left unwhole with a car in worse condition than before I brought it. Also quoted 1300 for a buy 3 get 1 free tire change which is just a despicable price. Not to mention a despicable price for someone you’ve been lying to all week. I cannot and will not come back to this dealership. I feel like I people that come here and don’t have a corvette get poor treatment. I’ve seen customers walking around looking for help. Then when a corvette pulls up to service, 5 employees run to them immediately. What a shame.

The service was great with getting my truck scheduled, I took my truck in because apparently my driver seat motor stopped working and needed to be changed. Once I received my truck back, my seat was working again thank god, but coming from my front left tire area , I hear a winding noise, and it only happens when I come to a stop. I’ve never heard that noise until I got my truck back, not sure what could have happened. I tried to over look it at first because it usually drive with my windows up, thought it would have went away after a few days, thought it could have been maybe from them lifting the truck or something. The sound is actually annoying now, and definitely noticeable.

My service representative was very nice, but nothing is fixed. We brought our Equinox in because the supercruise and our back up camera werent working. They had our car for 2 full weeks and replaced a lot of modules, but our Supercruise and back up camera still don't work. Im not sure what the modules they replaced were for because there was nothing else wrong with our car. They said the module for Supercruise was back ordered but after 3 weeks, it still hasn't come in.. Our serevice representative, Charles is very nice, but GM needs to get going on having this module available. The lack of stars is not Charles' fault. It is GM

Not sure if this is for the service our truck received or when I called to see what you would offer on the truck. 1) if it was for the service on the truck the service tech is very nice. Unfortunately the issue with our truck has not been solved. We will be bringing it back. We did not pay $4500 for a major problem to go unfixed. 2) if it was because I called about the postcard I received about buying my truck with an aggressive offer then I must say I laughed at the offer. It was not aggressive at all. In fact it was way less than anywhere else I took it.

Overall good. There needs to be a more customer friendly check in process for service appointments. Everyone been there, customers simply have to wait outside for a service advisor, and have never been on time for scheduled visits. In this case, the service advisor was not working or on property and nobody else was able to assist me. Tech’s had no idea how to help, and the parts team inside were also no help. I had to call customer service from the outdoor waiting area at customer service and then a different service manager finally stepped in to check me in.

I brought in the car for the same exact issue in August. I told my advisor of the Chevrolet bulletin with the fix for this particular issue, and that it is covered under the warranty. Instead, they replaced my 6-mo old 12V battery, which had tested perfectly fine and put in one with lower CCAs than my battery. I was charged nearly $600 and it didn't fix the issue, so I brought the car back this month because my advisor was out for a couple of weeks and I was out for a couple of weeks. Once again, I stressed the bulletin from the manufacturer and it seems they performed the proper fix this time. However, when I asked for a full refund on the work from August I was told "the manager will look into it." This should be an automatic, I don't know what the manager needs to review, it's all quite straightforward. If I don't get a full refund, I will contact the State Attorney's Office and also log a FDUTPA claim with the Broward County Court. Do the right thing.

I dropped my truck off for warranty work thinking it’d be a week. They had my truck for 2 weeks apparently because they were backed up with work. Had they broke me, I’d have brought it back when they had the time to do it. The worst part was I called several times and NO ONE called me back. I stopped in twice but the service writer and the head of service weren’t there either time. Even though I left messages to find out what was going on and when they thought my truck might be done, NO ONE called me back. This is one reason why I won’t have my truck serviced there. I was only there this time due to warranty work.

my new corvette getting my first service call, complimentary. While waiting sending me photos of my car in the shop saying that i have 9 dents and 3 scratches on my new car. Turns out there are none. The machine captures LIGHT REFLECTIONS AND BOLTS as damage. Also, squeaking brakes need a lubricant. Car has only 4,000 miles on it. Dealer doesnt have the lubricant in stock?? 3 days later they still havent contacted me about the lubricant. This is a CHEVY dealership. So I will have to come back again for that service/repair. Disappointing!!

when I drop off my car, informed the associate that took care of me at my arrival that the tire pressure alarm was on, even advise him that happened before and it wasn't lack of air but the sensor, that I checked in the screen menu and was the rear passenger tire sensor that was off and the light warning in the screen was bothering me; he acknowledged the info, car went through service, and when I was getting out of the dealer the tire pressure alarm was on!!, need to go back, drop of the car again, and waste an hour in the waiting room, it may me get back to work late, it is the main reason I scheduled the appointment for 7:30AM, I have to be in my office and 9:30AM and want to wait for the car, not leaving it.

The work was completed a day sooner than originally stated. Happy with that. However, I am concerned that my relatively new vehicle, 26 months, blew a fuel pump, from what I was told. There was something else but I don't have the receipt in front of me to reference. That is very concerning. Also, I was a little bummed the car wasn't run through the carwash after having it for 3 days and left under a tree when I picked it up. Trees have birds and birds don't care what's under the branch they're sitting on when they go to the bathroom Other than that, my truck is running. That's all I need!

The scheduling of this appointment was disappointing. My original appointment was for Friday, January 9 at 3:00 pm. This appointment was scheduled on-line at least a month in advance. I had requested the same service representative that I had for my previous. However, the system changed the service representative without notifying me. Strike 1. The next issue occurred when I arrive for the appointment and was informed by Brandon (not my selected service rep) that there was "No way that he could honor my appointment, since 2 guys had called out sick". He further explained that he had called me to let me know but did not leave a voicemail. Strike 2. Then when I asked what phone number he called, he had to look up my phone number on the computer, despite the fact that he indicated he had called me using his personal phone - which he went on to mention that sometimes can show up as a SPAM call. Strike 3. He offered no understanding or concern for the inconvenience and simply offered to re-schedule my appoint for the next day - Saturday, January 10 @ 8 am - again - no concern for my inconvenience. Suggestion: tell ALL service Reps to own up to the truth. When they FORGET to contact a customer to tell them their appointment needs to be changed - OWN IT - BE HONEST! Lies only serve to make the customer more irritated than the just having to return on their only day off at 8 am. Customer service is a delicate balance that your service team needs still needs to learn. The service rep. Jacob was friendly and professional. He was upfront about the time it would take for the service being done and kept me informed the entire time. He even apologized for the inconvenience of my original appointment not being honored. Then he made sure that the checkout was handled quickly and efficiently. Basic common courtesy. Strongly suggest that some of the other service reps could do with a reminder of these simple but effective customer service techniques. An "I'm sorry" goes a long way, as opposed to a lie.
